Yesterday was our 10th wedding anniversary. Saving the BIG celebrations for Our trip to SD in November, but we did go out for a great dinner at the Bonefish Grill last night. Our server, Maya, made the evening a lot of fun & the food was excellent. Pam had a tuna sashimi appetizer, then Chilean sea bass with a delicious sauce for her entree. My appetizer was a spicy dish called Bang Bang shrimp, then a cedar-plank grilled sockeye salmon light crusted with a chorizo breading. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't tell you about the rest of the evening. :icon_twisted: :icon_banana:

It is my first Saturday off since Memorial day, but I have to get up at 3:00 AM tomorrow, I have to be there for 4:30, and I have to put in a 12 hour day. :censored:

My sister is over here right now with my neice and nephew. I went into my office to check in here while they're watching a movie in the other room. My 5 year old nephew wandered into my office and asked me what music I listening to. I told him it was The Clash.

His answer was "That Rocks!"

Comp time would do me no good. We are so short handed, and they wont hire anyone right now. Production has made a request and my boss HAS to honor it. Having earned any days off would do no good; I could not even take those days off. As it is I had to lose 3 Days of leave at Xmas time, the boss said he was going to get those days back for me, and has yet to even do that! I know he is going to ask me again this year to work during Christmas Break, and I am going to tell him where he can shove it! With all that, I have had only 1 check this year where I did not have any overtime on it.

Since the beginning of March I have had 5 Sundays off, Easter, Mothers day, Memorial day, and 2 other's, I have been on a baseball Field doing Adult Rec League Doubleheaders. Some of those games I was by myself.

Since early February I have either been working or on a Baseball Field either as a Coach or Umpire. I cannot remember when I have had 2 days off in the same weekend! AS soon as Baseball was finished I thought I was finally going to be able to sit back and relax. BUT NO!!!!!!!!!!!

12 Hours a Day 7 days a week!

I will be there next weekend for the Dallas game, I might have to leave at halftime to go home and get some sleep, and I start at 4:30 in the morning on Saturdays and Sundays!

And I am ready to drink a cold one and yell
