I have a MONSTER sized headache after attending a Santana concert tonight. I have never really liked the band....coupled with the piss poor acoustics at Allstate Arena. Even COOLER!!!!!!! That's where I grew up........I still miss it. What part of Ramona are we talking about? I lived out on Highland Valley Road until about 1966, then my family and I moved to a chicken ranch that was right next to Nuevo Memory Gardens. Kids I went to school with used to give me crap about living next door to a cemetery, but guess whose house everyone wanted to come to on Halloween?:lol: Besides, they were the quietest neighbors on the planet......... Anyway, we owned and operated the ranch for about nine years until the chicken business went bust in the early '70s, then we lived out on the Old Julian Highway until moving to Escondido after I graduated from high school in '76. Ah, memories.......sigh...........Well, I'm tickled pink for ya, Daddy O!! Enjoy!
We are on the north west side of the Acres. Picked up 1.3 acres with a sweet little shack on it. Cool thing is the roads are all private. I can drive to the bar and back and not get a DUI. :icon_toast: The kids can ride quads and horses to their freinds houses in the neigborhood. Funny thing is I am no longer the "Redneck" of the neighborhood. On day two, driving to the Liquor Store, a gentleman was headed my way on a riding lawn mower, drinking a 40! Now that's redneck. :icon_rofl:

I have a giant goose egg on the top of my head! I hide my Diet Cokes in the back of my Trailblazer. I went out to grab a Diet Coke and reached in and grabbed the stupid things with my left hand, slammed the stupid gate down right on my head with my right hand. ****! How stupid is that? I feel your pain LG!!! I myself have a MONSTER headache after attending my 11 yr. old son's piano recital. WTF was this stupid piano teacher thinking? 31 BEGINNER students each playing 3 songs. I thought I was gonna pull my friggin hair out!!! Plus I think the woman hates me. My Brendan was last....yup #31!!!:icon_evil::icon_twisted::icon_evil: We couldn't even cut and run after his performance!!!:lol:
