Ant! We will have about 35 bottles of Anteater Red for the home opener! Maybe a few more if I can fit them all in my cooler!

Heres some pics from our clubs recent hop farm tour.
They process about 1,000,000 pounds dry of hops per season from 550 acres. In 6 weeks time.[IMG]

5.5 Gallons of Honey Stout cooling.
Tomorrow make 5-5.5 gallons of Irish Red
Next week, make same amount of Irich Cream Ale and Honey Pale Ale.

Bottle each batch, let carbonate and get ready for a St. Patties day partaaay!

Sorry, I just looked at the last posts and I see you bottle. I keg just because of convenience.

    Ball locks I assume.

I just started kegging in the last couple of months. I try to bottle what's left that won't fit in the keg.
Brewed a version of Stone's Smoked Porter today.

(and if you SD guys don't know what I'm talking about, shame on you, and get your arse to Escondido and do some research.)

My brewing has moved into 1st place among recreational things to do. 10 gals. every 2 weeks.

Of course I drink 5 every week so it pretty much keeps me level.

Sorry I haven't sent any lately. Other things have happened and what not.

I'll do what I can do.
