I've lived in the bay area and Oakland is a piece of chit no matter how you try to dress it up.

I apologize rock but I would rather go to East LA than go to Oakland Hills.

My opinion is Oakland Hills is not all that nice at all to see. That is why I would rather go and see East LA to see something other than what is in Oakland Hills.
