I've never understood why anyone, other than service members, would ever want tramp stamps all over their bodies. Its so low class.

    Sez you!! :icon_tease:

As long as they aren't overly offensive, I don't care. It's just like hair length to me - a non-issue that many of us have fought for years. People see certain attributes & bang!! off goes the stereotype alarm. We all do it to some degree, whether we admit it or not. And if I neede to hire someone who had frequent interaction with clients, I wouldn't hire the long-haired, fuzzy guy covered in jail tats.

But I should be able to, if he had all of the other qualifications.

And you know what, Game123 - I've stereotyped you. See, I told you we all do it.

My oldest daughter, age 25 and the mother of two kids, has a tat on her lower back. I didn't realize that made her a tramp OR low class. Shows ya what I know, huh?

I would never get a tat personally, but my son has chingos, and I don't think anyone would call him a tramp, 'least not so's he could hear.

I see tats and my gut instinct says low class. That would preclude me from hiring that person to work in my shop... unless that person was an ex-service member.

It doesn't necessarily make a girl a tramp if she has a tat on her lower back, it's just that more trampy girls get them than non trampy girls.

I realize that many service members have tats, but that doesn't give them some special privilege to wear a tat, no more than other groups that you may associate with tattoos - like biker trash, of which I'm a proud member. :icon_tease:

Hold onto that narrow-minded, BS mindset of yours, OK, Game123? It really makes you SO endearing.

BTW - wikipedia is just a collection of opinions, doesn't make them the authority on anything. I call the lower back tattoos tramp stamps, too - as an affectionate nickname, not a condemnation of the wearer.

    1. Special privilege? No, I never said one group was more special than another. I said that I understand why they would have tats.

    2. Ok, I will. I wasn't looking for your approval anyway. Thanks for giving me permission.

    3. Wow! I thought Wiki was the final word of authority, concerning referencing, when linking opinions on the web. The link was only meant to inform what a tramp stamp was.

Please feel free to throw more insults my way. I need a hobby.

After we get done "hugging" we can consider names for the new chain of stores to fill the obvious gap:

    Bigots "R" Us
    Judges "R" Us
    Bungs "R" Us

    The possibilities are ENDLESS!

Gotta go search WikiPedia for the REAL definitive answers! :icon_tease:

Seems the subject of this thread went away really fast.
The discussion was not about if tattoos are classy, trampy, trashy, etc. It was about if the removable lower back tattoos are a bad influence for young girls.

All I can say is that I remember at age 8 when I became a member of the "Kiss Army," They gave me a sheet of removable tattoos and I was psycked!!! I decked my arms out with them and wore them proudly!!!
    Is that any different?

Unbelievable. Game123, I thought you were a arrogant, pompous *** before but now I have proof. Is this the kind of narrow minded crap you teach your kid? :icon_wtf:

If you read the "education" links you posted did you also notice that it said that "tramp stamp was a negative, derogatory stereotypical name give to the location of the tattoo" no doubt started by some narrow minded prick like you. So how could all tattoos be "tramp stamps"? I would love to see you tell the woman that has the name of her dead child or the biker who has the name of a fallen brother tattooed on themselves as a memorial that it's either a "tramp stamp" or low class. That would be comical :beat:

It's sad to think that your cute little boy is possibly going to grow up thinking the same narrow minded way you do. Hopefully he will be better educated than that, think for himself and tell you to go shove it.

More than likely your attitude comes from jealousy and sadness. Because even if you had tattoos (oh yeah and hair) you couldn't get a girl that had an *** nice enough to show off a tat in that area without paying for it.

By the way fellow Charger fans, Game123 isn't even a Charger fan. He only comes here to play the games in our arcade and now obviously to stir up sh*t. Look for him also as SandBoxWars and possibly gavin123 as well.

lol. I have long hair and tattoos but I can't call myself a biker because I don't own a bike. Though I'd like to some day but a house comes first.

Yeah, how many service members (men) did you see with them on their lower back BFISA? I'm sure glad everyone doesn't think like Game123 cause we would all be truly, truly screwed. :icon_eek:

When I went to jump school in '69, many of the students had Airborne wings tatooed on their arms. The Black Hats (instructors) gave those guys so much **** for presuming that jes they had the right to call themselves Airborne before they graduated from the school. That cured me.

Anahoo, guys like game123 are what makes the world go 'round, Darlin, and serves as a good example of how not to act IMHO.

My niece, active duty Navy, has had a tramp tat on her lower back for years; I daresay noone's called her a tramp lately.

Tats ain't my thing, but it's fine by me if someone wantsta have'em.

    1. LOL! How I choose to raise my kid is none of your business. How ya like them cookies?

    2. I gave my opinion and a link about 'tramp stamps'. So what? You don't like it... don't read it. Its a very simple concept.

    3. As I've said before, its none of your business how I raise my child. You can teach your children to behave like idiots and not respect themselves or their parents. That's your choice. Just keep your socialist ideas away from my kid.

    4. Yeah, that's it. At least my wife doesn't have the *** of four women (snicker, snicker). And... she only weighs 105 pounds. You just wished you looked like my wife. Here's some advice... stay away from the twinkies.

    5. Never been gavin. But you're right... I'm not a Charger's fan. Hell, I don't even like pro ball. But, did you also notice I never post over in the sports threads??? I stay in the game area and the News/Off Topic. :icon_party:

This is what I see... the herd is closing around me. Why? Because I voiced my opinion. Forum politics is in full swing. Some of the alpha males and females have determined this lone wolf should not participate. Gotta protect one another from the lone wolf. Get a life you guys!!! This is just a freakin' forum! If ya got enough time to worry about me, then you need to develop a hobby.

Screw it - I'm bored with my new hobby. Creative writing is obviously not part of his skill set. I expect more from someone who makes a habit of showing his *** in public for the world to slap.

    Ah well...
