    This loser has been here for 6 years, and STILL has not developed into a competent NFL head coach. Typical Norv game here, the going gets tough and he and his team turtle up. This loser and his spineless personality has completely rubbed off on this team.

    If you're a Norv defender, don't call yourself a Chargers fan. You're a Raiders fan.

    You're a Raiders fan, that's why you're happy with Norv coaching the Chargers. You enjoy watching how much worse he's made the Chargers because it benefits your team, the Raiders.
