    The more I think about this hire, which I hated at first, the more I'm warming up to it. Mostly because the offense was still very good under Kiffin and we're getting Orgeron back, plus Monte. Kiffin and Co won't be starting fresh, the blueprint is already in place and they know how to drive it. Now just hope they can.
