Both the San Diego Chargers, this Sunday's opponent, and the Kansas City Chiefs have called Tennessee inquiring about Volek, who has fallen to No. 3 on the Titans' depth chart behind starter Kerry Collins and rookie Vince Young.

The Chargers appear to be the frontrunner. Volek said he plans to fly out with the Titans for Sunday's game as part of the Tennessee roster and does not want to be a distraction, even if it means he could be moved to San Diego after the game is played.</blockquote>
