It's alot closer... PR still makes the pass to Ulracher, and the 100 yd return probably stays. But with Gates & LT- we have a better shot at scoring twice, and keeping their offense off the field- I call it 17 to 14 Chargers-
Yeah, I think the whole dynamics will change once LT is in the game, not to mention Gates and everyone else.
About the same time as Season 1 did. After Deadwood finishes in a week or two, "The Wire" starts up again. :icon_banana: Then Rome should come after that.
And that means what? they scored off of an INT, and a special teams play. You saying with all of our starters we couldnt score against them? Are you Booman?
That sounds about right. A toughly fought, close game that comes down to the final minute. I wouldn't ask more from a game featuring two top run defenses, and two great defensive front 7s.
From the description of tonight's episode, I think Trixie does something to Hearst (shoot him?) in response for having the Pinkerton dude shoot at Mrs. Ellsworth. Remember, this Hearst guy in Deadwood is the grandfather of Randolph Hearst, the guy featured in Orson Welles' "Citizen Kane" and who is himself the grandfather of Patty Hearst.
I am moving this thread to the lounge since we are going off topic. Which is fine, I just want to make sure this is in the right spot so I dont get rabbit ear slapped in matrix slo-mo.
Naw. But from what I gather, the years of working at the Gem Saloon as Swearengen's 'bottom biatch', has made her a cantankerous 'ho that really knows how to talk like a sailor. That means she's freaking awesome in the sack! That Jewish guy she's with, and verbally beats down every so often, is always getting the good rides.
I'm with leisure on this one. There was nothing to indicate that we could or would have beaten the Bears in soldier stadium. It's homer thinking to come out of that game thinking that if it had counted we would have won.
I'm thinking that anyone who calls a mod a dik should have his liberal, clinton-loving, agoraphobic, won't show his face in public, paranoid, confrontational azz banished permanently.:icon_banana: Not that this is directed towards anyone, just a comment in general.:icon_rofl:
Historically, it was Octavian who had her killed and the story of the asp or cobra used to cover it. She had a weak claim to the throne, so Octavian had to have her removed.
So LT would have made no difference? I dont buy that. I also dont think that pizz poor game plan would have been put in in regular season.
