Thanks to modern technology (and a 17-year-old who can teach this old dog lotsa new tricks with the computer), I'm seriously into burning my own CDs with all of my favorite songs. It's kinda like the soundtrack of my whole life, starting with the earliest music I can remember (egads--I go back to the doo-*** era!!) and containing a pretty eclectic mix........I listen to just about everything but death metal and rap. I use the Rhapsody service, and I've been able to find almost every song I've ever loved in my almost half-century of living. It's an expensive hobby, but I figure buying a CD in the store costs about the same amount and at best there's only four or five good songs on it, while making my own CDs guarantees that every single song is a favorite. A lot of times I'll take my homemade discs to work and play them, because most of my faves are classic rock and country, and the residents love them as much as I do.......sometimes they'll even ask me where I got such a great mix of music and have me burn them a CD of their own from my playlists. Right now I've got Charley Pride on, singing "Don't Fight the Feelings of Love"---brings back some really great memories!

A five year old girl person who has the loudest voice on Earth.....in Stereo with her 15 month old sister who appears to not be real happy this minute. Two 11 year boy people who do NOT understand the concept of not running thru my house like friggin' elephants. I need a serious drink! I forgot to add....the five year old girl person thinks she is a fuggin' dragon. She does not walk on two feet. She tears thru my house on all fours while screeching like a dragon. She about gave my 9 year old Rottie a GD heart attack. Callie actually acted like she might bite the kid! And this is a dog that has NEVER bit a living soul! I hope my step-son and his wife get here soon.

This reminds me of one of the funniest things I've ever heard, a quote from the movie "Wild Hogs" about the Martin Lawrence character's youngest daughter, who takes pride in being able to produce an ear-splitting scream: "Do you hear that? It's like having a car alarm that shits!":icon_rofl: Sorry you're having such a tough time, sweetie........:icon_sad:
This damned kid could put that kid to shame! As God is my witness I have NEVER heard a sound like that come from a human being! On her fours scooting thru my house like a fuggin psycho! ****....I'm trying to keep the 15 month old little girl out of the GD toilet, if she drowns....I am dead.
