Last I heard was after the bye, but I have heard nothing recently is that time scale precise? Well I went out and found a fantasy article(last updated at 9/4/12) saying he is out until week 9 which would put him back for the Thursday night game against KC. Is this accurate or has there been any setbacks in his recovery?
Acee reports that he should be back for the Thursday night game against KC November 1st. So he is on pace to return as soon as allowable.
I think that this isn't necessarily his expected return date, just the first date he is allowed to return after being on the PUP list, isn't it? The bottom line is that with Meachem and Royal coming on a little better, his return will likely be welcome, but maybe not so desperately needed as it was 5 weeks ago.
I agree, but so many people were saying Brown was outplaying EVERY wide receiver we had. And you have Floyd, exploding, Royal and Meachem coming on and you add Brown? Jezus, do I feel bad for corners.

I'd like to see Shareece Wright start at CB as soon as he possibly can, and see Gilchrist stay as the nickel back, with Cason taking kickoff return duties away from Goodman and Goodman being released.
