Who Rides Up Front

You use frequent flyer miles to get tickets for you and wifey to fly across country to see the Chargers opening game. Due to your status your ticket gets upgraded to first class. You try to get wifey's ticket upgraded but it will cost you 90,000 miles and a $150 fare change, so you say screw that.

What do you do?

Sit back in Coach with the wife.


Oh, and it will be nice to see you at the Game.

Let your wife sit in first class. She will love it, and will cut you a little more slack than usual for the rest of the weekend. Plus, you won’t have to listen to her talk during the entire flight.

Let her sit up front on the way there. Then go back and find some hotty to sit next to. It'll make your ride there so much nicer. You'll be in that "I'm married, my wife made me sit back here..." safe zone and can chat her up without any repercussions. Make up any sob story you like.

When your wife comes back to check on you and sees your situation, she'll insist that you ride in first class on the way back... plus she'll be a little jealous when you tell her that the young lady in coach actually switched seats with someone and was talking your ear off.

You'll be golden all weekend long. And riding in first class after a big Charger win will be even sweeter!!
