I guess we can count out the top 20, but everyone else could be available at pick #28. Some interesting names:
    Brain Price DT
    Terrance Cody DT
    Jahvid Best RB
    Toby Gerhart RB
    Bruce Cambell OT

I'm backtreading on trading Cro. I'm not sure we should unless some team is willing to give up too much for him.

As far as the running back situation, There are a few combinations I would like to see. If we have two second round picks, they should be used to select Jahvid Best and Toby Gerhart. The first pick should be used to select Brian Price, Dan Williams, or Terrance Cody, in that order.

If we use our first and third round picks for RBs, we could go with either Johnathan Dwyer and Dexter McCluster or like you suggested, Matthews and Blount.

You never know until after the combine. Jahvid Best and Ryan Matthews might be gone before we get a chance to draft either of them. I can see the Texans and Patriots pulling the trigger on running backs because they're fully aware of what the Chargers are doing.

Its too hard to predict at this point seeing as thou the Chargers could go any number of ways!

Wait and see how the Free Agency pans out and how they deal with Cromartie...

...in fact I would venture that our whole draft will be detirmined by what happens with Cromarite!

idk if the combine does well, i think we can get dan williams at the 28th pick, and from what ive researched, kyle wilson is fallen drastically at corner cuz of his height, so if his footwork at the combine isnt great we could snag him, but daryl washington is what im sceptical on, i doubt we can get him, but hes projected to go in the 3rd so im crossin my fingers n hope we get him
