This is tough for me. I think Jenkins is the better pure CB, and without the MAJOR character issues might even be worthy of a top 10 pick. I think Kirkpatrick would be ideal to move to SS and shut down TEs...if he can gain a little more weight without sacrificing speed, which is possible in an NFL weight room. I'm gonna say Jenkins, if I absolutely knew for sure that he wouldn't become Pacman Jones v2.0.
