    How about Lovie Smith? We can buy out his measley 1 year $1 mill. contract with the Bears, maybe give them some draft pick compensation and bring him here. It may be another John Gruden Tampa Super Bowl turnaround situation.

    I think that actually might be a good hire. I would say though, he wouldn't have any excuse to make some press conference that he needed a 5 year rebuilding process this time. This team is to win now.
