I turned 30 years old this past November. Funny story..I thought i didnt feel any different or that 30 was just another number. My b-day, in the evening, i began to get the WORST migraine headache. lasted 2 weeks! I felt like crap cus i was vomiting, had these terrible headaches and i felt old. mother natures way of introducing me to my 30's lol.
Just wait till you're MY age. Every year it seems like some new body part that didn't used to hurt, starts hurting. This year, Arthur Itis has introduced himself to both hips, as well as every single finger joint I own---some days it's all I can do not to yelp when I grip the steering wheel of the car. Now I know what my elderly nursing-home patients are talking about when they tell me their joints feel like ground glass.........and it's worst on damp, cold days like today. Phooey.
Must have missed this thread somehow. I turned 46 in November and it keeps flying by. Daughter is 19 and Son is 15
The speed of life really does accelerate after age 45. And once you become a grandparent, well.........seems like just a few months ago that my kids were in middle and elementary school, and now they're 26, 23, 20, and almost 18. My 'baby' is graduating from high school this June, and even the grandchildren are starting to turn into actual children instead of babies (oldest will be 4 this summer, youngest is turning 2). I'm half afraid that I'm gonna wake up dead one of these mornings wondering what the Sam Hill happened!!
It is going fast enough. Doesnt seem that long ago that my kids hand to hold my just to walk thru a store.
16 here in Jolly old England i'm 17 in April I guess I am the youngest(so far)- nothing wrong with that
Shoot, I've got bruises older than you.........hahahaha!! Nevertheless, you are a valued poster here at BoltTalk and we love ya, BFUK!
I'm still the oldest, but hell I can still......well...you figure it out. If anyone seeks advice from the ages or just general help on how to survive in this dumb-*** world, feel free to consult me. I'll be glad to be of service. Please limit the queries to one to a poster....thanks.
Probably, young blood..15 is young. When I was fifteen, they launched Sputnik...but you're welcome to come here and be a part of this whole deal.
