Can you name the GM of the New England Patriots (without going to Google)? I don't know his name either and that is a sign of an excellent GM!!! Not only does he let the coach do his job. He also keeps his quarrels out of the press. In fact, he rarely does ANYTHING involving the press. HE SURE AS HELL DOES NOT PUBLICLY CALL THE HEAD COACH OUT JUST BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LIKE HIM!!! HE DOESN'T HIRE PEOPLE TO BE HIS BUDDY!!! Some of you want Cowher. Well not only would Cowher refuse to work with AJ but so would any other credible Head Coach!!! Because they won't stand for being talked down to and publicly humiliated!!! I say "we got some good draft picks out of AJ now it's time to throw him in the dumpster!!!"

Much of that, as with AJ was due to the respect they built with their player evalutations. Others was because they had conflicts with coaches. If you want people to sit and sing koombyyah... You might want to get used to frustration, or change your expectations.
