We were having everything planned for a move a couple weekends ago when the XenForo developers announced a new version of the software that is coming out late July or early August. This has a number of features that I felt would be great to have before we move over. Sorry for the constant flip flopping on this move, but we want this to be as painless as possible. So, we will be on vBulletin for at least another month.
