Hey everyone, unbelievably there are still playoff tickets available at chargers.com. I think it is really important that we try and sell out that game prior to the announcement of who we will host for that game. Once we find that out (after the Titans game), they will be gone to opposing team fans. Just to let you know the type of tickets that are available, I just got plaza 40 tickets last night which are on the Chargers side about the 20 yard line. I have season tickets and have already purchased my tickets however I decided to purchase my max of 4 additional tickets to try and get them to Charger fans. If possible, I would ask all of you to try and at least get yourself tickets!
Been trying all morning all they have is view. i think all the plaza and field seats stop selling last night. There are still singles in plaza however.
scratch that. they just started selling again. damnit. i jumped the gun and overpaid by 60 bucks. bastards i was trying since 730am and nothing until now. ****.
Crazy .. I am in MD and got mine last week! So this rain ... has to be for this weekend. They can't accurately forecast that far out! :icon_shrug:
It's ridiculous forcasting a week out, especially in San Diego. I have been pounding that ticket site, but still the only thing available is View. If I recall correctly, there will be more seats released as the week wears on.

Just grabbed two Plaza 25 seats, row 20 off Ticketmaster. I think that means we are sheltered in case the forecasters are right a week out. Stoked!!!
Lucky you...I'm in plaza 26, row 7. No worries though. I'll have my rain suit on. Worked well at the Indy game.
That isn't San Diego's forecast... Also, why are the delivery chargers so high? Why no print at home option???
I'm just astonished that there seem to be so many tickets available. Why did so many season ticket holders fail to buy playoff tickets?
This is not my excuse but my fact is that I did not receive my letter or invoice to purchase the Playoff tickets. If I would have gotten the thing I would have purchased my tickets right then and there no questions asked. That is my only disappointment about the Playoff tickets. I wish that I would have received the damn letter or invoice. :icon_evil: Now that is the thing that pisses me off.

because you have to sell them and nobody seems to want to buy tickets. I hear people on the chat rooms constantly whining about how people buy extra seats and then sell them. But when we want to sell them to charger fans, you can't get rid of them. ????? I have eight tickets listed on ebay. If anyone wants tickets, I have some in Field 14, Field 16 and in Lower View 61. Right now, there are no bids, but lots of "watchers". You know that by the end of the day, there is going to be a rush by opposing team fans to buy seats, once they know if their team is playing here. So, you guys have a couple hours to let us know if you want these tickets before opposing fans start buying them.
A reason why people don't buy their Playoff Tix is because they make you pay for the entire offseason (this game + AFC Championship Game). It's a BIG chunk of cash around the holidays, in the neighborhood of $350.
Right after the holidays. You can question Chargers fans for not buying the tickets, but you might want to realize this time of year some CANT afford the tickets. I would love to buy tickets. Cant.
Try to bum some. I'd love to see you at the game. Just show up at the tailgate, someone will have extras.
You need to get them a phone number and e-mail address. I hadn't even opened the invoice ... only had it 2 days ... and I had a phone call and an e-mail from Chargers reminding me to pay for the tickets. But all is good for you .. you got mine AND I certainly can use the money after the Christmas I just had (plus the trip to TN)! :icon_eek:
My friend is a GB fan; they just had Christmas too. According to him, there are no tickets to be had ..... I imagine this is the case for most other teams!
I may do that. I have to admit I feel guilty getting tickets for free when I see how much people spend on them...
