Watching Shawne squat 400lbs makes me think his knee is feeling pretty good. But I'm sure the Chicken Littles will be here any minute with something discouraging to say.

WTF? That time of the month? BTW, since there isn't a game for 5 months, I think all Shawne can do is shut up and work. And it looks like he's been doing plenty of that.

It's my mantra for this team this season.

    "Shut up and play, _________"

Wins and a Lombardi. That's what I want to see from these guys.

I don't care about guys working out on Venice Beach, or running big hills behind their luxurious crib, or any other player-centered hype.

It's not player centered hype. It's the work in the offseason that will give them the strength and stamina needed to win a ring. They can shut up and play all they want, but if they don't put in the work in the offseason, they're going to play like ****.

Instead of "Shut up and play," how about "Embrace the cliche."

Have it your way. In September, "shut up and play" makes sense. In April, I think something like "work your *** off" is more appropriate. Is the fact that ESPN wanted to film him working his *** off a problem?

How can you play in the off-season, unless you want him to play flag football or something. I'd prefer he just work his *** off to get into the best shape of his life so he can show everyone his knee is just fine.

His admission that he knew how bad his knee was and that he took the chance to tough it out for a Lombardi does not explain why the dumb bastard didn't have surgery immediately after the season so he could have been available last season. An Epic fail.

He would have most likely missed a significant portion of the season.

He probably figured if he could play on it last year he could tough it out and play this season. He's young, not a surprise. Obviously it didn't work out.

As a 40 plus year Bolt fan, I'm tired of the talking. Get your *** out on the field and make the other guy hurt. Screw this mister nice guy, pick your *** up ****, spit on him and kick him in the ribs.

Win games, I don't care how, just do it. Cheat from now until doomsday, just give me a Lombardi. Least I'll go to my grave knowing we won and I don't care how. What other team cared?????
