CAMP PENDLETON – A bunch of Marines watched a football practice yesterday as if it were important.

And that is why the Chargers came here.

"This is really cool," Cpl. Stephen Kenny said as the Chargers began their workout. "Especially for us infantry guys. We don't get a lot of opportunity to be out here for this kind of thing because we're constantly training."</blockquote>
