advantage City. I just have a feeling there could be another twist to this story. City to drop points at Newcastle maybe? Mind you after Newcastles drubbing at the hands of Wigan last week, Id imagine the magpies confidence is a bit low.
I think City will be playing for their sporting lives in the last two matches. Everybody is working hard and the mood is good. Even Tevez is happy. It is hard to imagine they will let it slip away a second time. But that is the beauty of football. You never know until the deed is done.
Kompany is a legit top 5 CB imo. My list in no order: Thiago Silva Vidic (when healthy) Pique Ramos (if you consider him a RB replace w/Hummels) Kompany
Mancini expects Newcastle to be a tougher game than United. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/s...-mancini-expects-tough-newcastle-test?cc=5901
I find it really difficult to predict. Hopefully City scores first. There would be big pressure faced with the prospect of coming from behind.
Huge win for the Stuttgarter Kickers today... (1-0 over FC Memmingen). Kickers now require just one draw out of their last two games... or a SGS Großaspach loss or draw in their last three to clinch promotion to the 3. Liga.
Kickers will get to play next season against the likes of Wacker Burghausen, Saarbrucken, Babelsberg, and another yo-yo team in Arminia. I can't remember the last time Arminia was in the 1.Liga, but maybe 4 years ago or so before their free-fall.
Arsenal is looking terrible today even tho they just tied it 2-2. I don't think they need Podolski, they need some capable defenders. They are attrocious today.
Arsenal draw so they could be in a spot of trouble. Spurs have a good shot at third place now. Newcastle too if they can defeat Man City. Chelsea's day of decision comes against FC Bayern. Now it is time to see if the Billy Goats get the help they need from Hoffenheim.
Not looking good so far. It's looking bleak for the Kolschbiers. Hoffenhiem has been down a man since the 42nd minute.
Interesting selection you have made here. 1.FC Saarbrucken has been very good in the past and have got the better of the Kickers in games I still remember. Bielefeld fell into financial problems... so their free fall was rather inevitable. Potsdam-Babelsberg is a place where I have spent a considerable amount of time due to it being a center for film and television studios. The 3. Liga should be the Kickers natural level and I hope they can maintain it and not get booted back down immediately. Last year's RL Sued winner Darmstadt struggled in much of this campaign. But I am very much looking forward to the quality of opponent. Aachen is going down as well as natural enemy Hansa Rostock. I'd love to see Cottbus in the 3. Liga, but a few things would have to go right for that to happen. It would be sad to see Karlsruhe go down... Aue a bit less so. Unterhaching is another one of the Kickers' past foes. There is a small question if either they or Rostock will be licensed for the 3. Liga because of debts. I sure hope that both make it in.
St Pauli beating Paderborn 3-0. That would mean St Pauli can finish 3rd if Duisburg can beat Fortuna Duesseldorf. Currently, it is a 2-2 tie.
