Now that he has done it once, can San Diego's Drew Brees do it again? Coming off a 27-TD, seven-interception season with a 104.8 passer rating - third-best in the league - Brees should be secure in his job. But because that season came after two nondescript years as the starter and after the team landed Philip Rivers in the first round of the 2004 draft, Brees is playing on only a one-year contract. With another big year, Brees could be the rare, upper-echelon, unrestricted free agent quarterback.
