    1. How's the rebuilding going in your opinion?

It's way too early to judge but I would say it is going well. The latest draft class has already shown promise and for the first time in a while I feel like the team has a coaching staff capable of making adjustments and getting the most out of the team. It will still take another year or two of great drafts and free agent decisions to turn the corner but the team is now at least looking more professional.

    2. Cam Cameron is still thought of positively here, how much blame does he get for last year versus the gm?

You won't find too many positive thoughts about Cam Cameron here in Miami. I understand that the team was really starved for talent which is the fault of the GM and previous regime's, but Cameron was at fault, I believe, for taking a team that should have won between four and six games and turning them into the joke of the NFL en route to exactly one win. He just wasn't ready to be a head coach. No hard feelings but change was needed and best of luck to him.

    3. How has the defese taking re loss of it's two leaders?

Remarkably well actually. It is such a different defense that I ahven't heard anybdy really complaining that we could use them or should have kept them. I think the key was the change to a whole new identity and the 3-4 system. Joey Porter along with Jason Ferguson have stepped up as the veteran leaders and they fit very well in the scheme. Also the infusion of youth along the defensive line has helped.

    4. Dolphins keys to the game?

They must run the ball and keep the offense in managable situations. Chad Pennington was able to go 17-20 in New England because the offense was clicking on all cylinders. If the running game is shut down, he will not be able to keep up with the Chargers high scoring offense. Also the Dolphins special teams units must not break down. The coverage units have been below average and Darren Sproles may have a huge day if they don't improve.

    5. What are your thoughts on the 07 & 08 draft classes?

The 2007 class has not fared well. Ted Ginn has yet to make a name for himself. John Beck is on the back burner now that Chad Henne was brought in. Samson Satele is really the only pick making an impact as one of the underrated centers in the league. The 2008 class has shown much more promise. Jake Long has been a solid piece of a good offensive line and the defensive line has received talented play from rookies Philip Merling and Kendall Langford. It is pretty evident what Bill Parcells and Company feel a team should be built around.

    6. Predictions

The Dolphins will make this a game but in the end, the talented Chargers are a much tougher task than a Patriots who are struggling to find a new identity. Chargers win ths one 31-17

With all due respect, we should be turning these guys into mulch to feed the grass on the field.

Same could be said about the Oakland game but that one was a dogfight.

The Dolphins are a good young team. Building around the lines... a very wise concept. Though I hope they stumble this Sunday, I think Parcells and crew will have this team in the playoffs within the next two seasons.
