Got this from another forum that i have been going to for 6 years. The guy that asked these questions is also a long time member and took questions from forum members. It is a very informative piece and i think you guys will really enjoy.

One of the best Q&A's i have seen. I suggest you keep scrolling down while reading. It is spaced out and on the 2nd page near the end there is more info on Shanes mood, how he reacted to the questions.

    Good read.

The Chargers know "word gets around" and several players better be careful. Cover your six. Biitches talk (psst .. they are).

I always liked Shane and loved his pre-game ritual. I wish him all the best wherever he lands.

    That was a great interview.

He was my adopted Bolt, I still don't understand why we cut him. Everyone says he had a bad attitude, was fat and lazy, well he sure didn't sound like an attitude problem in that interview. If it was a money thing then couldn't they re-structure his contract? Maybe our medical staff didn't see his back being as healed as he says :icon_shrug:

I hope we don't regret letting him go.

I hear he was close friends with LT :icon_eek::icon_eek:

Olivea says he can play OG or OT.

Today, the Titans just spent almost $5 mill/year to buy former Indy OG Scott. Last week, the Jets spent almost $6 mill/year to buy right tackle Damien Woody.

Olivea didn't even get a sniff for an interview. Why? Because the Ravens game tape from last year shows he QUIT on the team. It wasn't medical, it was a quitter.

Olivea cashed in and checked out. I doubt we'll hear from him again.

I'm pretty sure he asked to be released. I guess he didn't want to be a backup/

Adalius Thomas can be blamed for Shane's back injury. His cheap shot during the second game of the season is one that I complained about, but most people dismissed as "part of the game". It was waaaaay beyond what should be tolerated and I can only say I hope Shane can one day return the favor and take Adalius out for good.

Olviea doesn't sound like a happy camper right now. Sounded like he wanted to pound the craap out of our intrepid reporter several times.

He was an upgrade as far as pass protection goes, but yea he isn't really the ideal RT, although he could always improve.
