    <font class="newstext"> The search warrant affidavit said Foley's blood-alcohol content of 0.23 was based on a routine blood test that was performed at the hospital when he was admitted for his wounds. </font>

    <font class="newstext">Sheriff's investigators have since had the same blood samples tested in their lab, but they would not say whether the results differ. </font></blockquote>
