This might actually make some sense right now because the Raiders don't know what they have in Michael Bush and are not sure he is fully healthy. If they do know he's doing good then this is a somewhat stupid move but with the uncertainty of Bush and even questions if Fargas can stay healthy and play well (something he hadn't done until this year) this move does make sense.

Oh and raiders still suck ***!!!!!

Didn't they draft a RB in the first round? I would think he might be able to contribute a little bit. It's a good thing Al Davis is still taking care of business for the raiders otherwise they would probably be one of the worse teams in the league.:icon_eek:

Maybe he's afraid Denver or we might grab him.

He's probably wearing 2 pairs of depends right now trying to work it out.

Is Uncle Al nervous about not getting his first round bust signed in time for the season?

Doesn't make sense to me. Jordan makes too much money to be injury insurance and #4 on the depth chart, they can pick up some castoff to be put in that role.

I imagine he's #2/#3 and while I do agree with you, he's the only proven effective running back who's run well for more then one year. McFadden and Bush are unproven, Fargas had ONE good year so who knows

How many 'good' years has Jordan had?

    Not many!

He's proven to be a slacker who didnt study the playbook as he should of when he got there( and admitted it) and he has proven to be a crappy blocker as a RB and he has proven he cant run for **** against us in a Raider uniform

if i was kiffin, i would purposely not play DMC. That way he would finally get fired like he has wanted all along. Then he can stay home and still keep the millions owed to him

Lane is probably looking for a nice little place up in the wine country even as we speak.

I think they're just trying to pick up a draft pick for him rather than let him go for nothing. When they get no bites, I'm sure they will release him.

...I'll try and use my "Reaper" powers in reverse and prolong the Bay Area agony for another 2 to 3 decades. Long live Al Van Ripple
