They have always been my favorite chargers jersey, and I knew trhey were wearing them @ kc, but ******* me scheduled a full day of polishing a ferrari instead of watching the visual fireworks we have not appeared in, in over a decade.

I like the white throwbacks ALOT better than the Powder Blue's, and I like the regular Navy jerseys ALOT better than the current White road jerseys. I hate the bolt on the shoulder on our current white road jersey. There just seems like there is something off in the color scheme and design of the bolt. Is it just me???:icon_shrug:

I say wear the throwbacks for EVERY game the rest of the year !!!!

Sports Fever started carrying those long before NFL shop had them. I want one of those REALLY bad. Those are THE BEST of all the throwbacks I've seen. I'd get one, but with my wife being out of work, just can't right now.

I really like the white and powder blue throw back jerseys. You are right they are kind of "pretthe"…that makes me uncomfortable, so I typically don’t admit how much I like them…I’m sure you understand.

So, for these jerseys to look their best, I like to see blood stains on them too…Raturd blood! GO BOLTS!

I have an XL Rivers EQT I'm willing to part with for a decent price. I've worn it once, washed it once, I take care of my ****, so it's practically brand new. I don't like how it fits (it's a bit big and the sewn on numbers on the sleeve bug me, since I'm fat it's big and the sleeves are too long for my short arms,). PM me and we can work something out.

I'm gonna get a few replicas instead.

I like both throwbacks but the White Uniforms are what I remember as a yung un when I saw them play at San Diego Balboa Stadium in the early sixties.

I like them I suppose, but I like the dark blue home jerseys the best by far.

You know, I had problems with my Navy Blue Rivers, and Navy Blue Merriman jerseys not fitting right in the shoulders because of the sewn on logos. It made me look I had shoulder pads on when I had it on, even when I wore it over a hooded sweatshirt.

Honestly, I prefer the replica screen print jerseys, they fit better IMO. I sold my jerseys with the sewn on numbers and logos on ebay, and I purchased a home Rivers jersey replica, and a white Rivers replica. (I didn't bother buying another Merriman jersey)

I think it was the style of the new jersey design in the neck and shoulder area with the sewn on logos that made it a weird fit for me, because I have an old jersey from the mid 90's with sewn on logos, and it fits great. So I'm hoping a throwback jersey will fit right.

Local chain here in SD. I don't think they have a website, but next time I'm in there I'll find out if they do shipping and stuff for the out of towners.

while the new unis have grown on me, (still wish they'd make the bolts more prominent on shoulder and add another 'point' on the leg bolt), those white throwbacks are close to being some of the best away jerseys ever.

Something nice about having the same uniform design since forever, like the Chiefs and Packers and Bears. Maybe a few minor tweeks, but almost the same unis for decades. Helps lend a 'classic', solid feel, not just to the uniforms, but to the team and organization.

Throwbacks whites are no doubt the best uni in sports. I prefer them over the powder blues.

True throwbacks whites are better than the new ones but both are very good.

Funny thing is, I never seen those uni's in live action in color before. As a kid they were always in black and white. I thought they looked great.

We had one of the first remote control TV's on the block it seemed back in the day. I remember using the parents car keys as the remote control by shaking the keys in front of the TV. It changed the channels every time. Worked like a charm.

I am not a fashion guru and to me all the uniforms look the same. They all look cool to me and trying to pick which one looks better just doesn't seem to work for me. I am probably in the minority on this as I do not read many fans saying the same thing. It seems most have a favorite uniform. In other words, it is like drinking 1% or 2% milk. It tastes the same to me.

Yes but it was black and white, no cable, it wasn't invented yet. During the game the antenna would need to be adjusted to get the picture back, oh and that was by hand. :icon_rofl:

That's because you are still just drinking polluted water in that case.

2% milk? WTF is that? It's real milk like soy milk is real milk.

    #1a Charger jersey: powder/power blue
#1b Charger jersey: white throwbacks used at KC.
