They are trading for Kevin Kolb, and giving up Rodgers-Cromartie, a 2nd round pick, and will likely re-sign Kolb to a deal that gives him $30mil guaranteed.

That is CRAZY for a guy who has started in something like 6 games in his career

Damn didnt hear that!! Yea DRo Cro is the legit cromartie. Cards need alot of help as it is. Can add one more player to their still need list. Owell STL is poised to actualy win the NFC west this year rather than stealing an in. So they are in rebuild mode, im pretty sure we all saw this coming with the retirement of Warner starting the ball rolling.

Yes they are crazy.... They think this will be a Matt Schaub deal but it will backfire.

I've seen nothing from Kolb to justify the excitement...... better than Whitehurst sure, but by how much?

What about Denver?......... sounds like Orton will soon be a Dolphin.

The Tim Tebow era has begun! ;)

As someone who lives in Denver, I can't wait. It will be funny watching that toll flop

Are they crazy? These are people who willingly live in 100+ degree heat for most of the year. Any questions?
Seriously, the QB position in Arizona has been a nightmare since Warner hung up his cleats. Kolb showed signs of being a good QB until he was injured and replaced by Vick. Kolb has a little experience at this level and is relatively low-mileage with regards to the amount of damage he has absorbed so far. Makes sense I guess...glad I'm not a Cardinals fan.

They are definitly overpaying- and the only cromartie you should try and trade is his older cousin- DRC is legit

I must have missed it. He seems to be right on with most things I have heard. I may not always agree with his opinions, but when it comes to reports, he seems to be right a lot.

And lets be honest, he would still be at the UT (Like that bum Acee) if he wasn't good at his job.

We obviously differ in our opinion. I feel that bum tag needs to be placed on Trotter rather solely on Acee.

Crazy maybe, but another season with an QB fiasco like last year could be much more damaging to that team long term. They would watch attendance dwindle and see Larry go bye -bye. They have to sell the idea they are in it to win and not fall back into the same ole Cardinals as perennial losers.

Ever since the Cardinals moved to Phoenix, it has been one fiasco after another.. The Clippers of the NFL.

    Are they crazy in Philly?

Vick plays football like he's asking for an injury. If it happens, that team is s**t outta luck if they don't have a serviceable backup QB.

I willing to believe that they have are conditioning and do not bear the brunt of the heat.

For their sakes I hope Kolb turns out to be something else this is one of the worst deals in history esp losing DRC.

I think Orton would have been the safer choice, but you don't win SBs by playing it safe. Kolb is younger and has more potential.

That was alot to give up for a QB that is 3-4 as a starter but I guess they were desperate for QB in order to try and re-sign Fitzgerald. If it wasn't for them wanting to re-sign him they may have been better off waiting for a chance at drafting Luck and signing him for alot less.
