Not so good for his statistics.

The Chargers lost 24-3 in an exhibition game against the Chicago Bears before 45,114 at Soldier Field.Rivers made it look too easy last week, excelling in a win over the Green Bay Packers in his first NFL start. He completed 15-of-21 passes for 169 yards, a touchdown and no interceptions for a nifty 111.0 rating.</blockquote>
