Being in the LA t.v. market blows....

    I have to watch Pittsburgh/Baltimore instead of Denver/Carolina tomorrow.... unless I want to haul my cookies down to my parent's house in SD from the OC. So lame. Do I really need to see Big Ben somehow pull a win out of his butt again this season? Really?

    At least the Bolts are on CBS and Dallas is in primetime so Fox can't shove them down my throat again... :p

    Shoulda tried being a Bolts fan up here in LA 10 years ago, was a ton of faider games on.:tdown:

    Living in Foothill Ranch, I normally would be in the same boat as you, but since I am in Houston on business, no such problem. ;)

    well they switched to that game mid way through the second half when they knew the Broncos were not making a game out of it.

    Try living in Arkansas and never getting to see a Chargers game unless it's a primetime game, or they're playing the Cowboys. (Which is only once every 4 years)

    and that's why we have Sunday Ticket.


    I just wish it was offered on cable on a pay-per-view basis


    I could get on board with that.

    Unfortunately my cable system has neither Sunday Ticket nor NFL Network.

    If I want to watch an NFL game on Thursday I'm screwed.

    Unless it's Thanksgiving, anyways.

    Try being a Northwest Charger fan. It's dismal. We get 49'er games over Chargers. And MORE, if you can believe it, Raider games.

    It sucks!!

    I normally get to at least see the Chargers/Chiefs games here, but for some reason they didn't show it today or the last one this year.

    Blame the NFL for that. They sold it to the highest bidder and DirecTV won.

    DirecTV paid for the exclusive rights to have it, so I guess that was factored in.

    I will never go back to cable. I'm just too poor to pay for Sunday Ticket :(

    I've had Dish Network for 11 years and love it. I won't change just for Sunday Ticket, but I wish the stupid monopoly would be over so it would be available to Dish Net as well.
