    The New England <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = FSTL /><FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="67054">Patriots</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK> released <FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="87434">Reche Caldwell</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK>, their leading receiver from last season, on Monday, when offseason addition <FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="70100">Randy Moss</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK> and cornerback <FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="140781">Asante Samuel</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK> returned to practice.
    Caldwell, 28, had 61 receptions for 760 yards and four touchdowns last season, but also had two key drops in the <FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="7">AFC</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK> championship game loss to the Indianapolis <FSTL:CATEGORYLINK categoryId="67048">Colts</FSTL:CATEGORYLINK>.

    What? You mean Troy Williamson isn't living up to his #7 overall status? :icon_huh:


    I think the Packers are fine at WR though.

    Driver, Jennings, Jones, and Martin are a good set of WR for Favre.

    There is more than one team out there who could use another wide out, too. Someone will get needy enough when the injuries start to bite. He's definitely not feeling the love any more, especially since the resto of the Pats receiver corps hasn't exactly been making the pin ball machine ring much.

    Yeah F Riccochet! I'm still pissed that he dropped that ball against Philly 2 years ago on a potentially winning drive. He's made some clutch catches, but his F ups made me forget those! Bug eyed mofo....:icon_eek: And then making the winning catch against us last year I just wanted to kill that fool! Although Jammer did get burnt and Brady made a perfect throw.....:icon_shrug:
