Bolts have a leg up on other teams

The Chargers' legs aren't quite as proficient as those noted dancers, but close.

    In kicker Nate Kaeding and punter Mike Scifres, the Chargers are the envy of most teams. Kaeding has been solid in his two seasons and Scifres was but a long bounce or two from landing in the Pro Bowl over that period.

    That's why the Chargers all but punt Saturday and Sunday regarding these positions and the draft. The Chargers will snag a free-agent punter and kicker to help with training camp chores, but that's it.</blockquote>
