    Yes BoltsfanUK that's important

We have to show up and our Bolttalk TV viewers should have
the possibility to notice us on the TV. But we will sit
spread out on different seats. So every sign or flag will do.

I'll copy the bolttalk logo onto a blank textile sheet -like
copyshops do it on T-shirts - and sew it onto a german
flag. Hope the lightning bolts will shine bright.

Before the game we'll sure meet each other -at least with the help of mobile phones. We'll get this done to the pride of our BOLTTALK friends.

The only tailgating I know of in the UK is at Twickenham before a rugby international. Before 'soccer' games the pub plays a big part. Apparently they had some form of tailgate in Wembley before the Giants/Phins game last year but it was not a resounding success. There are a couple of pubs nearby that were supposed to be great craic last year. I would imagine this is where we will convene/tailgate.

...From my own limited experience, with the folks across the pond, they have some very accomplished drinkers over there . I watched two Marillion concerts at the London Astoria in 2004 and I felt like I was standing in a river of spilt beer. The floor was knee deep in brew. The people were so polite and courteous even though a lot of them were lit up, it just blew me away. Really had a great time with some awesome people. My only bump in the road, at this concert, was ONE RUMBLIN, BUMBLING, STUMBLIN rugby player that nearly caused me to knock over a couple of young women because he kept slamming into me due to his hilarious efforts at dancing. I nearly mixed it up with him, which would have been a bad decision on my part since his whole team was with him.:icon_rofl:

...Sure Marillion is still around :icon_huh: Even though Fish is gone, the other parts are still there and the present lead singer Steve Hogarth is awesome. I'm a huge progressive rock fan and aside from Porcupine Tree, I don't think anyone out there is as accomplished as Marillion when it comes to thought provoking, emotional, lushly layered music. My only daughter is aptly named Kayleigh, by the way :flag:

Sorry man, didn't mean to put your band down, it's just they were a top band 20 or so years ago and I had a few records.
Kayleigh must be one of the top 50 most recognisable tunes of the 80's. (and it's a cool name).

Didn't know Fish had left. Glad they're still going strong.

...No problem, I didn't really mean to sound defensive. Fish left in 1987 but yes, they're still pumping out records. They have very, very loyal fans...ones who often travel hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles to see them. I live in America...my trip to England was about 5,600 miles and yes, primarily to see them since they very rarely take the trip across the pond.

I'm looking forward to the trip. I read somewhere that Wembley will be converted into a small NFL city with tons of opportunities to do some tailgating.
I have a feeling we're going to see a lot of other Bolt fans and the place will start rocking at least a couple of days before the actual event. It'll be one gigantic beer garden! :icon_toast:

I used to have a stack of cards, but gave them all out to Chargers fans I would run into when out annd about. Gave out 5 of them one night wearing my 56 jersey at the Flamingo:lol: I'm playing the lottery every week until the London game so there is a slightly greater than infinity chance you'll see me there.

Thumper, you still gonna be at the Dallas game?

    Obscene welcome aboard.
and Dublin; remember that if it wasn't for whisky the Irish would rule the world:icon_toast:

We are proud to represent the European Branch of American Football. I tried to prepare for the big London Event in Oct.
by being Bolttalk reporter at the Upper League Final (4th string) in my neighborhood village Nauheim.
You can follow the picture story in the Bolttalk Forum
    "All other sports"

My team NAUHEIM WILD BOYS gets the edge and are a German 3rd string Team next year.

    Hey Everyone,

Just a quick message from London to any Bolts faithful making the trip next week. If any of you need help and advice whilst in town, then I will be happy to assist if I can. Just shoot me a message and we can exchange cell numbers. Please let me know if anyone has organised meeting up before the game. Also a big "Hey" to anyone I met at the Jets MNF Tailgate and those of us who made the trip to Denver....best forgotten!

    Wembley is the "Chargers House"!

    Go bolts

    Gary (London Bolt)
