Ok guys Conc and I are going to do a version of Pardon the Interruption (or First and Ten if you prefer that) where we will debate the top issues both in charger football and the nfl (with maybe something else thrown in for flavor). We need some questions, and so we turn it over to all of you, give us some questions, any questions, you want answered. Be semi-serious in that and we'll quote your question in the paper.

Whos job is it to get the players motivated for a game? The head coach and assistants, or the players themselves?

Who's more responsible for our early season struggles, coaching or players?

wait, I think that's pretty much the same as the first questions...

Has the increased media attention had a detrimental affect on our team/organization?

Should Ted Cottrell stay in close contact with the NFL Office where he was employed last year?

I think you should take suggestions on this thread as well, they are easier to come up with.

    1. Should HGH be a part of mandatory drug testing in the NFL (given the tests are reliable)?

    2. Given you are the NFL Commissioner, do you fully disclose the depth of the Patriots cheating scandal to "come clean" or do you sweep it under the rug to preserve the integrity of the game?

    3. If LT's momma wants him to be traded, what will it take to pry him loose?

    4. Assume the Chargers stay at ONE or TWO wins at the BYE. Do you fire Norv Turner & staff and give a new coaching staff a chance to get some work in this year as a head start for next year?

Ok, you guys wanted some questions from the z-wild and wicked mental hopper, there you go.
