    Got this from ESPN Insider.

"Brandon Marshall wants a raise -- and the Broncos won't listen. So he decided to skip voluntary workouts and move his rehab away from Broncos facilities. Sounds like a holdout, right?

His attorney told the Denver Post he isn't holding out.

    But technicalities aside, he is.

Marshall has a good case for a raise: He is in the final year of a four-year rookie contract, which isn't much because he was drafted in the fourth round; incentives drove his 2009 salary up to $2.2 million, up from the $535,000 base. He was a dominant receiver for the Broncos, averaging 103 catches and 1,295 yards for the last two seasons. Similar receivers, like Andre Johnson, Randy Moss and Larry Fitzgerald, are being paid $7.5 to $10 million a year.

However, the Broncos have a case against a new contract as well. He's had injury problems and, oh, there's that off-field stuff, too. The Denver Post writes, "Marshall has been involved in 13 police-related transgressions since Oct. 31, 2004, when he was arrested on a variety of charges during his junior year at Central Florida, until March 1, when he was arrested on disorderly conduct after an argument with his fiancee Michi Nogami, who also was charged. Charges against both Marshall and Nogami were dismissed the next day."

Marshall is rehabbing his injured hip. The Broncos' mandatory minicamp is June 12-14."

On Sunday, ESPN’s Outside The Lines will take a close look at the history of domestic violence allegations against Marshall. He also will be interviewed live after the piece airs.

Here’s a short clip from the segment. The audio won't work for me???

Wonder if Marshall is going to get his act together or throw his talent down the drain with his off field issues.

As a newly minted lawyer, you really should refrain from such flawed analogies :icon_tease:. For all of his crazy behavior, TO, to my knowledge, has never been accused of domestic violence, much less arrested for anything. There's a big difference between a selfish football player and an alleged woman beater. Marshall is far worse than TO.

BTW, congrats on finishing law school. :abq1:

    I like this post

TO is just an egomaniac, not a POS, wifebeating scumbag like Marshall.

T.O. > navel lint > that white stuff on dogshit > rectal exams> Marshall

I saw that today on ESPN. He claims that he never laid a hand on his former g/f.

Her folks were majorly ripping the Donks and they should. Tell her not to say anything about the first incident.

The part I found funny is when you heard the 911 cal about him pounding on the car window... he said "I tapped on the window."
    You're so gentile!!!
