ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Denver Broncos first-round draft pick Jarvis Moss injured his left knee during 1-on-1 pass-rush drills Monday and was taken off the field for medical tests.

There was no immediate word on the extent of his injury.

Moss, who signed a five-year, $18 million deal on July 28, was injured when he did a spin move past an offensive lineman, then began hopping on one leg before crumpling to the grass. He stayed down for five minutes before getting up and walking gingerly to the sideline. He got into a cart and was taken to the locker room.

The defensive end from Florida was the 17th overall selection in the NFL Draft. He was expected to provide the Broncos' pass rush with some much-needed help.

Last week, linebacker Warrick Holdman suffered a spinal cord concussion during practice and was hospitalized. He returned to the sideline Saturday but has yet to be cleared to return to action.

You know, I had completely forgotten who their first round pick was. If he's injuring himself in TC, I can't wait for our OL to throw him around.

A true Charger fan should hate the Raiders more than any other AFC West rival.

Oh my Gawd. It's Madlibs: Bolt Talk edition.

On Topic: I hate to see anyone hurt as well, but when it's good for the Chargers, I have to look at the upside. ;)

Let me clarify: I'm not necessarily happy he got hurt, but his apparent fragility which resulted in his injury is a positive for tha Bolts.

I don't want them to have any injuries. I want them at full strength when we put the smack down on them so there are no excuses...

Both you and TK have no clue when you KIDS say that kind of ****.

The Raiders are Arch Enemy Number One.

They always have been and they always will be.

Both of you snot nosed brats never had to endure the pain so you better start respecting the tradition of the Bolt or god as my witness, the prophet will smite you and cast you down with the sodomites. :icon_eek:

    Police up your *****. :icon_twisted: :icon_evil:

Who is saying that? The Donk board says they are still awaiting MRI results and fear it is a torn ACL. Was on the ground for 5 minutes screaming in pain.

Shanahan is second, only to Billy B. on understating injuries. He might have even listed Joe Theisman as day to day if he had been his coach.

    This just in...

I don't give a **** how many of thier players get hurt...That number will never equal the players thier cheating *** chop blocks have ruined.

I absolutely hate anything from Colorado, unless it's a hot chick and she shows me her "who-whos"...Then after I see them, I will hate her cheating, stupid horse, stupid orange, USFL Uniform wearing self, just like I do her team. I hate the Broncos more then the raiders....All day every day.

PS, orange is a worthless color.

    can i buy a vowel?

To be honest I'm not impressed with him as a pass rusher anyway and he's big enough that McNeil should get his hands on him without a problem. Dude's 6'6, McNeil has only had problems with tiny little rushers like Dumervill

Solid post TBF. I think I might even hate the Donkeys more than the Raiders and will until Shanarat leaves. I don't like anything about that leatherface S.O.B. His cheap, uh, ..."techniques" are closer to cheating than strategy and the Jamal Williams hatchet job really curtailed what was a good season.
