The respectable thing to do is win the game POLITELY; then walk across the field to shake their hands, congratulate them on a well played game.

THEN GO INTO THE LOCKER ROOM AND TALK S**T ABOUT THEM BEHIND THEIR BACKS!

I've been saying Revenge is the factor in this game for well since the colts game actually since the playoffs. Revenge can make history. If we win sunday, we shake hands with Belicheck and Brady and the team, then we walk to the locker room Scream a bit, come out to the media and smile and just embrace it all. Oh and if Rivers wants to get crazy on the feild please do. River just be fired up!:abq1:

I don't know if any of you guys believe in fate, but I do.

Look how this season played out. We have been asking, BEGGING, for this matchup since last season. Well here it is. The stage is set. The world will be watching.

What's this talk of shaking hands with Tom Brady? I've never seen him shake hands with the opposition after a loss.

Rivers should chase him to the locker room.

No, King will be waiting in there on his knees.

I think it would be hilarious to see Brady jogging off the field and Rivers sprinting after him to shake his hand just to illustrate what a douche Brady is.

I hope all the motivation needed is the Super Bowl. Screw last year, I want a new ending, like an engraved Lombardi.

Zactly. Desire to hoist the Lombardi should be what is driving them now.

All this talk about REVENGE... if that is what is in all the Charger players mind, this game could be over in the first half.

These two teams met back in September in a game that wasn't close at all. New England took a 24-0 lead into halftime en route to a 38-14 week two victory in Foxborough. Tom Brady was, well, Brady-esque, completing 25 of 31 for 279 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, L.T. was not himself, rushing for only 43 yards on 18 rushes.

Could this be the affects of last years playoff revenge?

My advice is to match the patriots intesity, don't go for the big plays to fast, keep feeding them LT, short passes why? Keep Brady off the field.

Can't wait for Sunday... Got my grill ready and some awesome party recipes to go with it.

Big Game Recipes link removed due to TOS violation.

Are you ready for the AFC Championship game?

If the Chargers win this game, there will be no need for shaking hands afterward. It would be best for the guys to get the hell outta' there as fast as they can... 'cause that city is gonna melt down completely. Seriously, that stadium is gonna fill up like a bucket full o' tears. Rioting and looting will follow. Robert Kraft will have to be airlifted by helicopter to an undisclosed location. It will be ugly.

We had an entirely new coaching staff. We got down quick after a couple STUPID STUPID STUPID turnovers from PR and we were out of it befor the end of the first Q.

We are not playing like that team anymore.

I do not consider the revenge factor very highly. It was not like they kicked our butts last year. WE handed them that game.

Our level of concentration must be better. We must force them into mistakes.

Just think about how this season could be the season of REVENGE for the Chargers.

--Win over the Titans (formerly the Oilers) to avenge losing in the playoffs to them in '79.

--Win over the Colts to avenge our playoff loss at home to them in '95.

--Win over the Patriots to avenge last year's playoff loss. Also, if the game is really cold with sub-zero wind chill, it would be revenge against the weather Gods for the 1982 Freezer Bowl AFC Championship Game.

--If by some stroke of luck, Eli makes it to the SB to meet us, well, that would be our sweetest revenge of all.
