Shaun Phillips is making the most of his playing time as a second-year member of the San Diego Chargers.

A Willingboro High School graduate and Purdue University product, the 6-foot-3, 262-pound backup outside linebacker had a pass deflection on defense and three solo tackles on special teams in San Diego's 41-17 thumping of New England on Sunday.
