QUARTERBACKS: C - Welcome to Arrowhead, kid. Philip Rivers fumbles away one ball and makes a poor throw for a interception on a mediocre day in Missouri. He learns the Chiefs' defense ---- with help from their fans ---- devours young quarterbacks like a meat-lover does some good K.C. ribs.

    RUNNING BACKS: B

LaDainian Tomlinson averages 4.4 yards on 15 carries, which is better than good. He also adds 72 yards receiving and tosses his fifth career TD. He did fumble, although the Chiefs didn't score off it. One question: Why has Michael Turner (four carries, 18 yards) been turned into an afterthought?</blockquote>
