Nick Saban is a **********. What a horrible coach. He should have started Lemon earlier in the season. All he knows how to do is motivate but his personel decisions are crap and he doesn't know talent.

    Cleo is a lemon.

On a similar note, my wife made some really good lemon bars for Christmas. She uses real lemons from the tree out back. Makes a huge difference.

    Mmmm... Lemon Bars.

Not so Mmmm? Cleo Lemon. I don't miss him. :icon_tease:

    Cocso Lemon Cake....Mmmmmm.

AJ is the master of all the known Football universe. I'll take Whitehurst all week long and twice on Sunday.

Cleo has some skill. Just doesn't have "it". Watched him in training camp a few times. He spookes easy.

    HARRINGTON BENCHED TO AVOID INCENTIVES?

Our initial information gathering regarding the decision of the Miami Dolphins to go with quarterback Cleo Lemon for the final game-and-a-half of the 2006 season (scroll down for more) suggests that the move might have been driven by the reality that prior starter Joey Harrington was in line to cash in on some significant incentives if he had stayed on the field.

It's our understanding that there is a play-time incentive in the deal, and that Harrington's eligibility for it will depend on a play-by-play count of the team's total offensive snaps.

If the motivation is true (and we're not saying that it is), the situation would be ironic, to say the least. Rams backup Gus Frerotte recently claimed that Miami coach Nick Saban wanted to bench him at the end of the 2005 season in order to keep Frerotte from reaching incentive triggers in his deal, but that then-Fins offensive coordinator Scott Linehan intervened on the quarterback's behalf. Saban has since denied the allegations.

Stay tuned. We're trying to track down more details on this one.

Why would anybody not want their people to get paid especially if they've earned it? :icon_shrug:

I've got a lemon tree too. Had a tasty lemon cake last month.

But, you should taste the banana nut bread, made from bananas and pecans from my trees. Freakin' awesome.

The Dolphins will once again go QB shopping this offseason.

Kind of like Marty going for the 10 win bonus in a meaningless 2005 game at the end of the season. :icon_tease:

1 shredded shoulder with a side of torn rotator cuff, please.

Saban refered to Cleo as "this guy". He probably has talked to him like 3 times since preseason. Probably forgot he even existed. What a dikhead coach. Marty gives attention to ALL his players and knows their fuggin names off the top of his head. Saban belongs in the MAC. Better yet maybe UAB will make him equipment manager and Watson Brown will coach the Dolphins LOL.

I love Banana Nut Bread. Wife made some of that over the holidays too. Sadly, we don't have a pecans fresh from the tree. Nice work!

Miss Cleo can probably bake a good pecan pie.

Saban should turn to her at this point:
