    Financial details were not immediately available.

    "Andre has four years of valuable experience on the NFL level," general manager A.J. Smith said in a news release. "He's healthy now and looking for a second chance. He gives us another veteran to compete in the secondary. I'm excited to see what he can do."</blockquote>
