3,400 tickets still available for Broncos game on Sunday. Chance to see Seau inducted into SD HOF & Chargers in "Power" blue unis.

    So the big question is:

Do I wear powder blue jersey or my ancient #55 Seau jersey?...

On the other end of things, I did see a crapload of Hare Krishnas at the airport this morning wearing their orange robes with #15 sewn into the backs of the garments...

    IMO dig out the Seau.

I wish I still had mine, but it literally fell apart and I had to toss it. He was gone by that time so I bought a Tomlinson jersey instead.

Mine is falling apart, well worn and the number is almost barely readable. Oh, what a quandary to be in.

Maybe this will begin to garner some attention from the owners.

Totally agree, that is unless they make some whole sale changes to the front office and coaching staff, and we get some exciting players in the draft AND free agency. If we ignore free agency again, and draft a bunch of players that leaves all the fans scratching their heads, there will be no excitement

Come on who wants to buy 3,400 more tickets to see Seau and Tebow? Is that the new selling point over the Chargers actually winning???

    Chargers are favored by a touchdown+, so I don't think that's it.

But traditionally the throwbacks have been mostly scheduled for games that
(it was anticipated, at the first of the season) would need some box office help.
Until recently, this meant the relatively strong Chargers against the weaker
Jags, Browns, Raiders, etc., thus, the Charger record in the last decade is
AWESOME in the powder blues. Likewise, the "Homecoming" games have often
been the day it looked like would be the hardest to sell tickets, otherwise.
They know that old timers like me will drop everything to see Lance Alworth
and Gary Garrison, etc., one more time. So, yeah, it's ALWAYS been a selling point.

And yes, Tebow himself is a bona fide tourist attraction. How can one NOT
be entertained by a guy who gets a 'W' on 2 completions? He's hilarious!
He may not be able to throw a football for spit, but he runs like a son of a gun!

There's less than 5,000 tickets left. Someone will buy the remaining tickets.

The Chargers no longer wear "throwbacks" just alternates.

Well, I mentioned the Jags, specifically, because I was thinking of the Oct., 2004
trouncing the Chargers gave the Jags, wearing the Air Force Blue "throwbacks."
And others prior to 14 Oct. 2007, the day they broke out the new "alternates."
(which are very good, but not as cool as the "throwbacks").

Perhaps because of the holiday, the NFL might grant an extension of a day or so...

He obviously isn't very good at that either, driving takes skill and concentration.

    Catholic vs southern Baptist.
    Holy War.

When I lived in the south, a secretary where I worked asked me what religion I was. I said "Catholic." She said "It's really too bad you're not a Christian," and gave me her pastor's card.

According to local news sources, the blackout has been lifted, enough tickets were sold on Thursday. Go Bolts!
