Chargers well aware of noisy task ahead

    The Chargers face such a task today when they venture into Arrowhead Stadium to play the wounded Kansas City Chiefs.

    I say wounded because the Chiefs are smarting from a 45-7 loss to Pittsburgh last week that saw Kansas City's record fall to 2-3.

    t's not exactly a must-win situation for the Chiefs, but the handwriting is on the wall. If they lose to the Chargers today, it'll be a long climb back into the playoff picture.

    On paper, the Chiefs do not match up well with the talented Chargers, but they have one important ally: their noisy home crowd.</blockquote>
