    <font class="newstext"> More than two weeks after the county Board of Supervisors and the San Diego City Council agreed to work together on a proposal for a new Chargers stadium, little has been done. </font>

    <font class="newstext">On Tuesday, Mayor Jerry Sanders, City Council President Scott Peters and Jim Waring, Sanders' chief of land use and economic development, met for less than an hour with county Supervisors Dianne Jacob and Ron Roberts in what one insider said was an "informal chat."
