    <font class="newstext"> Marty Schottenheimer is not going to let happen this week what happened last week. </font>

    <font class="newstext">Oh, he was ecstatic about the end result, the Chargers' 48-19 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. But the preparation bothered him.</font>

    <font class="newstext">He felt his players failed to focus and lacked proper execution during their first practice of the week Wednesday, and he let them know it. He insists that preparation for this Sunday's game at Kansas City be robust throughout.</font></blockquote>
