    Thanks for posting.

    So, I heard somewhere that the salary 'floor' doesn't kick in this year. This chart would seem to back up that statement. How on earth are some of these teams going to spend $30 mil on their teams at this point?

    It explains why we weren't shopping for a starting ILB or OLB at this point...... no money left.

    Yes, you can borrow $3 million if needed, but you know the Chargers like to leave themselves a little wiggle room.

    I think that was mainly implemented because of the constant record setting at X position contracts that OAK and WASH were awarding nobody rookies/deserving vets.

    But nice to see we know how to spend 95%
