I was wondering if a sports bar/restaurant would somehow be able to show the game on TV even if it's blacked out in the area. I was planning to go to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday to watch the game, but now that it's blacked out, I'm not sure if it's still possible or not.

The NFL is pretty picky about the 75 mile blackout rule and I believe restaraunts and bars illegally showing the game can be heavily fined. Your legal options are the radio play by play, NFL Red Zone highlights and online updates.
There is usually a delayed telecast later in the evening that I will try to locate and record so I can look at it when I am awake.

Or you could just stream it on the internet. There will be tons of streams especially since its blacked out. Or if you have sunday ticket I think there is a way to get it but you would have to be registered to a different area and couldn't get local channels. Are there any local bars with sunday ticket registered to a different city you know of?

Bars usually get a warning the first time around, then fined the second.
Streaming it is way easier, but the NFL has been active shutting down streams mid-game this year. So have a few options ready to go when the one you're watching gets nuked.

Those delayed telecast games are during the preseason. They do not do that during the season.

Chargers-Dolphins blacked out per NFL policy

    Posted Sep 29, 2011
Per NFL policy, Sunday’s game between the Chargers and the Miami Dolphins will not be shown live in the Chargers’ television market.

The League’s long-standing policy requires all games not sold out 72 hours prior to kickoff to be blacked out in the local market. This includes all signals within a 75-mile radius of the stadium and those areas whose television signal reaches within that 75-mile zone. The league’s policy affects all telecasts, including cable and satellite.
More than 6,500 general tickets remain available at Qualcomm Stadium Gate C, www.Chargers.com, TicketMaster outlets or by calling TicketMaster at (800) 745-3000. A wide variety of Club Seats, some of the best locations in the stadium, also are available.
The game kicks off at 1:15 p.m.
Fans can listen to the game live on radio beginning at 1 pm on KIOZ Rock 105.3 FM and XTRA Sports 1360 AM in San Diego with Josh Lewin and Hank Bauer calling the action from the booth and Mike Costa reporting from the sideline. The Chargers Radio Network includes KLAC 570 AM in Los Angeles; KNWH 1250 AM in the Yucca Valley; KNWZ 94.3 FM in Palm Springs; KOSS 1380 AM in Palmdale and Lancaster; KSPA 1510 AM in Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and the Inland Empire; KATY 101.3 FM in Temecula and the Inland Empire; KWDJ 1360 AM in Ridgecrest; KCAL 96.7 FM in Riverside and San Bernardino; KXO 107.5 FM in the Imperial Valley and Yuma, Arizona; KVFG 103.1 in Victorville and Hesperia; KHIT 1450 AM in Reno, Nev.; ESPN Radio 1100 AM in Las Vegas, and Sirius Satellite Radio.
The game will be broadcast in Spanish on XHFG 107.3 FM in San Diego, KWKW 1330 AM in Los Angeles, XHSOL 89.9 FM in Mexicali, Mexico and XEHS 1590 AM in Ensenada. Jorge Villanueva and Dante Lazcano will call the action.
Fans in the blackout area will be able to see a replay of the game on NFL.com beginning at midnight Sunday.
The next Chargers home game is more than a month away when the Green Bay Packers take on the Chargers on Sunday, Nov. 6.

I didn't know it was illegal, cause that is how I always did it. Though the Chargers not being a featured game was sort of suspicious. I live in NorCal, couldn't get it anyways, so sports bar for me!

This pisses me off since I live more than 75 miles from the stadium, but I get blacked out because I am considered in the L.A. market. It's bullsh_t.

That must suck...you probably get stuck with Ray-turd games when that happens. I'm working on the assumption that the Chargers will keep winning, people will start buying up the tickets and you will be able to watch the bolts live for the rest of the season.
