If the Rams are going to move to Los Angeles in time for next season, owner Stan Kroenke is going to have to start convincing some of his fellow NFL owners that his team deserves to be there because there's group of owners who don't think the Rams should move.

Right now, Kroenke is missing key support from a group of "influential owners" who are opposed to a potential Rams move, according to Pro Football Talk.

The group includes Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, which could be a potential problem for Kroenke because Richardson is a member of the NFL's newly created "Committee on Los Angeles Opportunities."

According to PFT, Richardson and these other "influential owners" don't think the Rams should move because they're in the most viable situation, with the city of St. Louis getting closer and closer to finalizing a plan for a new stadium.

This group of owners also believes that a Chargers move to LA would be the "least disruptive" to NFL fan bases because the team is already based in Southern California.

The bad news for the Chargers right now is that they don't have enough support to move either.

If a team's going to move to LA, it would have to get a vote of support from 24 of the NFL's 32 owners.

CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora reported on Sunday that none of the three teams looking to move has the "sufficient support to carry a vote" right now. The Raiders are the third team looking to move.

As La Canfora notes, Kroenke might not have the 24 votes he needs, but he does have some big names in his corner, including Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

The moving vote could get even more muddled if only one team ends up moving to LA, which is still a possibility.

In that case, the Rams would seem to be best positioned team to move -- they already have the money and the land for a stadium -- but owners may favor the Chargers due to their proximity to LA.

Then there's the Raiders. According to PFT, the NFL would give them serious consideration on a move if owner Mark Davis is willing to hire a business partner.

Basically, this thing could get more even confusing before it gets figured out.

I really really really don't want my team to move to LA.

The NFL owners have ZERO power to stop Kroenke from moving.... their "votes" are meaningless in a court of law.
