Neil Stratton, of Inside the League, reports that the Houston Texans, as rumored previously, will swap first-round draft picks with the Denver Broncos in this year's NFL Draft Friday, April 27, in exchange for Denver's second-round pick, No. 56 overall. Why the **** would the texans do that? from 10 to 21 and all you get is a mid-late second round pick? If the Broncos get Willis I will **** myself.

The Broncos are scrambling and overpaying in an effort to stay competitve and keep up with us. They still suck and we're still going to paste those azzholes.

According to the "draft chart" the Broncos should be throwing in their 3rd rounder as well. Texans are a bunch of dumbasses, ain't that right Shamrock? :icon_rofl:

The good news is because the Broncos always try to find the easy way around things, they have no depth on their team. In order to challenge for the division they cannot have more than 2 injured starters on any given weak on either side of the ball. They are not "protected".

I don't know about the overpaying part this time, a mid second round pick to move up that much is not overpaying (where the hell did a leave my value chart? :icon_shrug: )

I didn't mean this particular case so much as free-agency. They didn't like getting their asses handed to them by the Chargers last year and they are used to being the top team in the AFC West.

They are sacrificing depth still by trading all these picks the last couple years.
It did a number on their O and D-lines last year.

I've never heard of that source before. Any others reporting it?

I've got Sirius NFL Radio on right now, and they haven't said anything.

I read on the UT that Sirius was reporting that the Bills are likely to trade the #12 pick for Turner. Any truth to that?

Sirius is saying what Clayton said. No team specified. The hosts (Adam Schein and Solomon Wilcots) on now are guessing Bills or Titans or Packers.

Did you hear that stupid crap he said? He said if SD trades Turner, then we should sign Corey Dillon .... because he lives nearby in Malibu. What a fuggin' tool.

Schein said that the Packers would be lucky to get Turner for the 16th pick but they had better hurry up before we get a better offer.

Wilcots is a fuggin' idjut. Carl Banks is okay. Jerry Rice is stupid and a hard listen - he needs some speech coaching, big time. Randy Cross is a pompous bastage that isn't as smart as he thinks he is.

On an analyst related note, did anyone catch Mark Schlereth's comments about Norv the other day?

He basically said the guy was not a confidence inspiring, motivating coach...
